This floor also features 1 bedroom with 1 pull-out bed designed for 2 persons, with mattress dimensions of 2 x 90 cm and a length of 200 cm. A second bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The fully equipped open kitchen on this floor includes an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are not included and are available as an extra.
On the lower ground floor, you will find the entrance hall along with a third bedroom furnished with 1 french bed of 150 cm width and 200 cm length, as well as a shower and WC.
The upper floor extends across 37 m2 and features the fourth bedroom, an open room with 1 french bed of 150 cm width and 200 cm length, accompanied by a private shower and WC.
