The villa provides daily cleaning service and changes towels and bed linens every 3 days to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout your stay. Electricity is included up to a maximum consumption per week of 300 kilowatts, with any extra kilowatts charged according to consumption and payable on the premises. A security deposit is required and will be returned on the day of departure provided no damage has been done to the property. Swimming pool access is seasonal, available from May to the end of October. There are no steps to navigate between the parking area and the villa, ensuring easy access for all guests. The grand piano in the lower floor living room is decorative only.
