The beautifully maintained terraced garden showcases wonderful trees, plants, and flowers typical of the Mediterranean region, while a vast pine forest envelops the property in natural serenity. A few steps from the main villa, you will find a large paved terrace furnished with sun umbrellas, tables, and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining and leisure. The swimming pool measures 8 meters by 4 meters with a depth ranging from 1 to 2.5 meters, and it remains available for your enjoyment from 15 May through 30 September. The pool area is thoughtfully equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas, and features an outdoor shower for your convenience. From the terrace and pool area, you will experience an unforgettable view encompassing Castiglione, Monte di Capri, and the enchanting bay of Marina Piccola. The atmosphere becomes even more magical at night when the village lights twinkle below and the moon and stars cast their reflection upon the sea.

Unit Layout

Villa Marina accommodates up to 8 guests across its main villa and separate dependance, offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. The main villa houses a spacious and bright living room furnished with antique wooden furniture and beautiful paintings, featuring a sofa and a dining table for eight people. Three large windows in the living room frame beautiful views of the garden, and the space provides access to an open dining area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, features air conditioning, and opens onto a small private terrace with sea views. The second bedroom similarly offers a double bed, air conditioning, a small private terrace, and sea views. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request, and includes air conditioning. The main villa also contains a laundry area with necessary equipment. The first bathroom features a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, and hairdryer, while the second bathroom offers identical amenities. The independent dependance houses the fourth bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, complemented by a small living area with a television and access to a private terrace. Two French windows in this bedroom overlook the lush surrounding greenery. The third bathroom, located in the dependance, is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower cubicle. There is the possibility of adding a single bed in the living room for additional flexibility.

You reach Villa Marina by walking along a public walkway that crosses the village, offering you the opportunity to enjoy the dreamy panorama of the bay of Marina Piccola and the city along the way. Once you arrive at the property gates, you will climb 109 steps along a winding private path of approximately 200 meters to reach the villa's main entrance. The effort is certainly worthwhile, as you will be greeted by the magnificent garden, panoramic terraces, and the immeasurable kindness of the owners, a well known professor of Latin and Greek who is also a lover of art, literature, and good food. Just a few meters from the villa, you will find a small supermarket and a restaurant for your convenience. A damage deposit of 300 euros is required and payable on site. Payment terms require a 30 percent deposit upon confirmation, with the balance due 60 days before arrival.
