This spectacular pool is positioned directly overlooking the sea and equipped with hydromassage seats, offering an unparalleled view of Marina del Cantone and the Li Galli islands. The grass border surrounding the pool is furnished with comfortable sun loungers and features a hot outdoor shower. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October and can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The ground floor terrace surrounding the villa spans approximately 140 square meters and includes a fully furnished lounge area and dining space featuring a large 3-meter table positioned under a centuries-old olive tree. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a cot, with access to a gorgeous terrace overlooking the sea and islands. The third bedroom offers a double bed and a balcony with sea view, with 2 additional cots and 2 children's high chairs available. The ground floor, reachable via the private lift or stairs, contains the main living areas and 3 additional bedrooms. The living room is a large, bright panoramic space featuring a lounge area with a 55-inch satellite television and three elegant sofas, alongside a dining area with a large table. The kitchen is fully equipped and accessible from both the living room and the terrace. The fourth bedroom on this floor is spacious with panoramic views, containing a double bed and a 70-inch satellite television. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher along with a five-hob gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, wine rack, ice machine, moka pot, americano coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and various other small appliances. You will find a washing machine conveniently located in the dedicated laundry room, which also contains an iron and ironing board. The outdoor terrace features a masonry barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven for exceptional outdoor cooking experiences. The villa is fitted with lifts for wheelchair accessible movement between floors, ensuring comfortable access throughout the property. Other Information

Check-in is available from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 9:30 a.m. The minimum stay requirement is 7 nights with Saturday to Saturday booking. You can reach the villa from the parking area and entrance gate by taking the private lift or by climbing an outdoor staircase of approximately 30 small steps. The private parking accommodates 2 cars within the gated area. Access to the private beach is available either by private cable car or by foot via a pleasant scenic walk of approximately 100 steps through the terraced gardens. The infinity pool with whirlpool is open year-round and features direct sea views. Towels are changed daily and bed linen is changed every 2 days as part of the villa services. Daily cleaning service of 5 hours is provided from Monday to Saturday, with final cleaning included. A welcome pack and daily breakfast are provided, including bread, croissants, cookies, pastries, seasonal fruits, yoghurt, butter, orange juice, marmalade, honey, coffee, and milk. For late arrivals, there is a surcharge for arrivals after 20:00 and an increased surcharge for arrivals after 24:00. A security deposit is required and payable on the spot upon arrival. The tourist tax is not included and must be paid locally.
