The 4-room house has a total area of 150 square meters, spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a large and comfortable living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The living room opens up to a balcony with a north-facing position, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, there is an open kitchen equipped with an oven and a dishwasher for your convenience. The ground floor also features a shower and a separate WC.
Upstairs, the house boasts three bedrooms, each with its own unique layout. The first bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 180 cm) and access to a balcony with a north-facing position. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds (90 cm, length 180 cm) and also offer access to the same balcony, ensuring everyone can enjoy the outdoor views. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor, complete with a shower, bathtub, WC, and double hand-basin.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
