Each of these living spaces is complemented by a dedicated bedroom featuring a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, along with a private bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, bidet, and WC. An open kitchen serves the ground floor and is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this level.

On the upper floor, the villa offers 6 additional bedrooms. 4 of these rooms each feature a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a shower and WC, and direct access to the terrace. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
