The second bedroom measures 7 m2 and also faces the courtyard via a dedicated window; it is furnished with bunk beds consisting of 1 set of 2 bunk beds, with dimensions of 90 cm by 190 cm and 150 cm by 190 cm respectively. This room also provides direct access to the loggia. The single bathroom is configured as a shower and WC.

The living and dining room features a panoramic window and digital TV, with direct access to the terrace.
