The property was partly renovated in 2025 and features bright, practical, and modern furnishings throughout its thoughtfully arranged layout.

The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a window overlooking the courtyard as well as a fan for added comfort. The second bedroom measures 7 m2 and also faces the courtyard via a dedicated window; it is furnished with bunk beds consisting of 1 set of 2 bunk beds, with dimensions of 90 cm by 190 cm and 150 cm by 190 cm respectively. This room also provides direct access to the loggia. The single bathroom is configured as a shower and WC.

The living and dining room features a panoramic window and digital TV, with direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is integrated into this living space and includes a dining table, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The large terrace of 12 m2 faces both north and east and is furnished with terrace furniture, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the bay.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
