On the ground floor, you will find a generously proportioned living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to the partly roofed terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm and benefits from its own shower room, a separate WC, and air conditioning. A second separate WC is also available on this level. On the upper floor, 1 bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds of 80 cm each, has its own shower, air conditioning, and opens onto a private balcony. The remaining 2 bedrooms on the upper floor each feature 2 single beds of 80 cm and air conditioning, and share a bathroom and a separate WC.
