You will find a spacious and modern 10-room villa spanning across two levels with a total area of 460 square meters. The ground floor features a living/dining area with a sofa bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, providing direct access to the swimming pool. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, complete with a bathroom that includes a shower, bidet, and toilet, as well as satellite TV and air conditioning, also offering an exit to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate toilet is also available on this level.

The upper floor comprises six bedrooms. Two of these rooms feature French beds measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, while two other rooms have two beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and a folding bed of the same size. The remaining two rooms also have French beds measuring 180 cm by 200 cm. All bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with a shower, toilet, satellite TV, and air conditioning, providing access to the terrace. The property also benefits from floor heating.
