The first bedroom measures 12 m2 and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom, also measuring 12 m2, is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space, featuring a mini-oven, a full oven, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Senseo capsules, which are available as an extra. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
