"Casa Bonita" is a beautifully appointed 4-room villa spanning 180 m2 across 3 levels, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room that opens directly onto the patio and the swimming pool area, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor leisure. An open kitchen with a bar counter adjoins the living space and provides direct access to the terrace, making it ideal for entertaining. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom is a generously sized room featuring a dressing room and a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room is equipped with a digital television and benefits from its own private bath and WC with a double hand-basin, as well as access to a covered balcony with views of the swimming pool and garden. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a terrace. The third bedroom is similarly configured with 2 single beds of the same dimensions and also enjoys terrace access. A shared shower and WC with a double hand-basin serves the second and third bedrooms. Throughout the villa, 2 balconies and 2 terraces provide ample outdoor space, all offering pleasant views of the swimming pool and the surrounding garden.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
