The kitchen also includes a dining table and provides access to the terrace. On the same level, you'll find a shower and toilet for your convenience.

Amenities Included
Moving upstairs, the property boasts three bedrooms, each offering air conditioning for your comfort. The first bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, with access to a balcony. The second bedroom has three single beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, also with a balcony exit. The third bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long, and it too has access to a balcony. Another shower and toilet are conveniently located on this level. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
