Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own private hand-basin and shower with WC. On the upper floor, a second bedroom is also appointed with a French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A third bedroom on the upper floor features 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, sleeping 2 guests, along with 1 pull-out bed suitable for 1 person. This floor is served by a bathroom with both a bath and shower, as well as a separate WC. Across the property, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. The house further benefits from a large south- and west-facing terrace of 30 m2, as well as an additional terrace of 20 m2 with a north- and east-facing orientation, both furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
