The ground floor features a spacious living and dining room of 50 m2 with a panoramic window and a flat screen television, opening directly onto the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable stays. On the lower ground floor, there is a shower and WC. The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms along with the remaining bathroom facilities. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a bath and shower. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat screen television. The third bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length and a television. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Also on the upper floor, a bathroom with a hydromassage bath and a separate WC complete the sleeping quarters. The property benefits from air conditioning throughout, including on the upper floor and lower ground floor, as well as underfloor heating across the living spaces.
