From the ground floor, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. On the first floor of the first villa, 4 bedrooms are each appointed with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and each features a private shower and WC. 1 additional bedroom is situated next to the villa on the first floor and is equally equipped. The congress hall, exercise room, and a recreation room featuring table football and darts are also located on the ground floor of this villa.

The second villa offers a living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, an open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
