The main level welcomes you with a bright and spacious living and dining area, fitted with air conditioning and direct access to the swimming pool, alongside an open kitchen fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this floor. On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower room with WC and a double hand-basin, as well as its own direct exit to the swimming pool. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available: the first features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second is appointed with a double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm, both measuring 200 cm in length. These 2 upper-floor bedrooms share a shower room with WC. The villa also benefits from a roofed terrace of 30 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, and offering a distant view of the sea.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
