The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped to meet all culinary needs.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Sehr schöne, modernisierte Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer, wobei eine eher viel befahrene Strasse den Wohnblock vom grosszügigen und schönen Strand trennt. Freitags- & Samstagsnacht muss darum jedoch mit einer erhöhten Nachtlärmbelästigung gerechnet werden. Gute Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft (Supermarkt, lokaler Bäcker, Apotheke, usw. Fussgängerzone im Hafenbereich fussläufig ebenso erreichbar), Carparkmöglichkeit im Bereich der Aussenanlage in der Regel ebenso vorhanden.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A very nice, modernized vacation apartment with a sea view, although a rather busy road separates the apartment block from the spacious and beautiful beach. However, some noise disturbance should be expected on Friday and Saturday nights. Good shopping and dining options are in the immediate vicinity (supermarket, local bakery, pharmacy, etc., and the pedestrian zone in the harbor area is also within walking distance), and car parking is usually available outside.
