Gute Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft (Supermarkt, lokaler Bäcker, Apotheke, usw. Fussgängerzone im Hafenbereich fussläufig ebenso erreichbar), Carparkmöglichkeit im Bereich der Aussenanlage in der Regel ebenso vorhanden.

However, some noise disturbance should be expected on Friday and Saturday nights. Good shopping and dining options are in the immediate vicinity (supermarket, local bakery, pharmacy, etc., and the pedestrian zone in the harbor area is also within walking distance), and car parking is usually available outside.
