The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate guest bathroom on this level. Moving upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each with a French bed (180 cm length, 200 cm), an en-suite shower/WC, and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms additionally features satellite TV and a flat-screen television. Outdoor areas include a 6-square-meter balcony and a 15-square-meter terrace, both furnished with comfortable seating and deck chairs.
