The kitchen is fully equipped and also provides access to the terrace. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor, along with electric heating throughout this level. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a flat screen television. The second bedroom features a French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm by 190 cm, and is equipped with air conditioning. The third bedroom also contains a French bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm, and benefits from both a flat screen television and air conditioning. A bathroom with WC serves the upper floor, which is also fitted with electric heating. The property further benefits from a large south-facing and west-facing terrace of 25 m2, complete with a porch area.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
