The layout is compact yet well-organized, making excellent use of every square metre to ensure a pleasant and functional stay. A kitchenette is integrated into the main living area and is equipped with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set for cheese, complemented by a small dining table ideal for intimate meals. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The single bathroom features a shower and WC. Accessible directly from the living area, a south-facing balcony of 6 m2 extends the living space outdoors, offering beautiful views of the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding countryside. The balcony is furnished with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, creating a serene outdoor retreat.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
