The property features 1 bathroom with bath and WC, complemented by a separate WC. The open kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the living space, creating a convivial and functional environment for everyday use.

The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine, as well as a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
