The property features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to ensure comfort and privacy for all occupants.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a generously sized living room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat screen digital television with access to international channels, as well as a direct exit to the patio. A separate dining room provides additional space for shared meals, also equipped with a flat screen digital television. The kitchen and living area is designed as an open, functional space featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, you will find 4 large double bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite bath and WC, as well as a direct exit to the terrace. The remaining 3 large double bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each room is served by its own en-suite bath and WC. The upper floor also provides access to a large balcony, offering pleasant views of the resort.
