This level includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, as well as 1 bedroom with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. An open kitchen on this floor is equipped with a hot plate, an oven, a gas stove with 3 gas rings, a dishwasher, and a freezer. A bathroom with WC completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a generous living and dining room of 70 m2 that opens onto a terrace where a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length is situated.
