The ground floor further includes a shower room with WC and a double hand-basin.

On the upper floor, 1 room of 12 m2 houses a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. A separate WC is also located on this floor. A small south-facing terrace of 10 m2 completes the upper level, offering beautiful views of the sea and the garden. Terrace furniture is provided for outdoor enjoyment.
