This charming 4-room vacation rental of 70 m2 welcomes up to 5 guests and is oriented in a north-east facing position, offering a bright and pleasant atmosphere throughout. The property is thoughtfully arranged across its interior spaces, beginning with a welcoming living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, which serves as a decorative element, and a flat-screen television. From this area, you have direct access to the large terrace. The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and both rooms also provide direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and similarly opens onto the terrace. Please be aware that 1 of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment. A large kitchen completes the interior layout, also with access to the terrace, and the property includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and a separate WC. The spacious terrace of 22 m2 is partly north-facing and partly east-facing, furnished with terrace furniture, and offers a marvellous view of the sea.
