Other Information
Upon arrival, the owner collects a security deposit of 150 EUR in cash, in accordance with the booking terms. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure, provided that everything is found to be in order. Guests are encouraged to review the booking conditions carefully prior to their stay to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
