The property is distributed over 2 floors, offering a thoughtfully designed layout that combines generous living spaces with modern comfort.
On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a spacious and bright living and dining room, furnished with contemporary elegance and equipped with a flat-screen television featuring cable TV and international channels. From this level, direct access leads to the terrace and the swimming pool area. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this floor, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. Please note that Dolce Gusto capsules for the coffee machine are not included. A hip bath with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities.
On the upper floor, you will find 2 further bedrooms, each with direct access to the terrace and views of the resort. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
