Villa Al Mare is a beautifully appointed 5-room vacation rental spanning approximately 200 square metres across 3 levels, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its floors to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.

On the main level, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with a dining table and air conditioning, which opens directly onto a veranda. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped for your convenience. A shower room with bidet and WC is also located on this level.

The lower ground floor offers a generous living area featuring a sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decorative purposes, a television, and air conditioning. Adjacent to this space is an open room furnished with 1 double bed and air conditioning, providing a comfortable and private retreat.

The upper floor is home to 3 additional sleeping areas. The first room is appointed with 1 double bed and air conditioning and opens onto a balcony. The second room features 1 french bed and air conditioning, also with direct access to a balcony. The third room is furnished with 1 single bed and air conditioning, likewise enjoying its own balcony access. Completing the upper floor is a full bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC, as well as a separate shower.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
