The living/dining room includes a sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), a Scandinavian wood stove, and access to international TV channels via a flat screen. This room also provides an exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) are available for an extra charge. The kitchen also has an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower/WC and a Hammam-Shower on this level. The apartment features electric heating. On the upper floor, you will find 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings and a rooflight, furnished with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). The floors throughout the apartment are made of wood.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
