This floor accommodates 3 bedrooms: the first features 1 bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length with access to the terrace; the second offers 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length with air conditioning; and the third is fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm width and 200 cm in length, also with air conditioning and a private exit to the terrace. 2 shower rooms with WC serve this level.

On the lower ground floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available.
