The house has one double bedroom and a large kitchenette that comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and complimentary Nespresso capsules. There is also a shower room with a bidet and WC. On the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find a room with two beds and an exit leading to a terrace.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
