A fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this level, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with its own access to the terrace. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a private shower and WC, and air conditioning. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first features a dressing room and 1 French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, along with a private shower and WC. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
