The first bedroom includes 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, is fitted with air conditioning, and offers direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 80 cm width and 200 cm in length, also with its own shower and WC. The living and dining room is air-conditioned and provides a welcoming communal space for relaxation and meals, with direct access to the partially roofed terrace of 25 m2. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living area. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
