The lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, functions as a separate apartment and includes its own living and dining room with a fan, as well as a kitchenette. This level houses 2 bedrooms: one room fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, equipped with air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating, and a second room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a fan. A shower room and a separate WC serve this floor.

A combined bath, shower, and WC facility is shared between these 2 rooms.
