A large, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for all culinary needs, and a separate WC is also available on this floor. Direct access from this level leads to the terrace and the swimming pool.

The lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, functions as a separate apartment and includes its own living and dining room with a fan, as well as a kitchenette. This level houses 2 bedrooms: one room fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, equipped with air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating, and a second room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a fan. A shower room and a separate WC serve this floor.
