On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, furnished in a modern and tasteful style, and opens directly onto the swimming pool. Also on this level, the first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower and WC as well as a private exit to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living area and features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The first of these rooms is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a shower and WC. The second upper-floor bedroom offers 1 double bed configured as 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and is also served by its own shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
