The holiday home in Tofano - Marina di Pietrasanta - has recently been completely renovated. It is bright and pleasant, ideal for families and people who want to spend a comfortable holiday by the sea, wich is only 700 meters away.
The holiday rental house is on the ground floor (with two steps on both sides) and has a well-kept lawn and garden where guests can sit and dine in peace. Inside, there is a living room with a sofa, a television and a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven and a refrigerator.

Bedroom 1: The beautiful first bedroom has a large window and wardrobe and is furnished with a double bed.
Bedroom 2: The beautiful second bedroom is located at the rear and is furnished with a pull-out double sofa bed.
Bedroom 3: The comfortable third bedroom is furnished with bunk beds.
Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet.

The historic town of Pietrasanta is only 10 minutes away and is also known as the little jewel of Tuscany because of its art galleries, workshops, studios and a thriving marble art tradition. The beach can be reached in about 10-12 minutes by foot.
Day trips to Pisa (40 minutes), Lucca (41 minutes), Forte dei Marmi (13 minutes), Florence and Tuscany can be reached in 90 minutes. The nearest international airport, Pisa, is only 40 kilometres away.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
