Your vacation accommodation is a spacious 4-room house spanning 90 square meters across 2 levels, which has been partly renovated in 2025 to provide comfortable furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room equipped with cable TV and air conditioning, with direct exit to the balcony. The kitchen is fully appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, and electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor. The upper floor features 2 rooms, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length, both equipped with air conditioning and exit to the balcony. An additional room contains 2 beds measuring 80 cm wide and 200 cm in length, also with air conditioning. The upper floor is completed by a bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC. The property benefits from forced-air heating throughout and offers outdoor living spaces including a 15 square meter balcony and a 20 square meter terrace that is partly roofed, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, providing very beautiful views of the sea.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
