The ground floor kitchen comes with 4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine, along with a bath/WC. On the upper floor, you will discover one room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm) that exits to the terrace, and another room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) that also exits to the terrace. The upper floor additionally includes a bath/WC and offers a view of the resort.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
