The ground floor welcomes you with a bright and tastefully decorated open-plan living and dining room of 40 m2, featuring direct access to a south-facing terrace. A kitchenette is also located on this level, fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the first upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms of 12 m2 each, both furnished with 2 French beds measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This floor is served by a shower room with WC. On the second upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms of 12 m2 each are available, each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A second shower room with WC serves this level as well. A small terrace of 10 m2 is also accessible, offering a partial view of the sea.
