The apartment includes one room furnished with a double bed consisting of two 80 cm mattresses, each 200 cm in length. Additionally, a sleeping alcove is equipped with two bunk beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, accommodating the maximum capacity of 4 guests. The open kitchen layout is fully equipped with an oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. The apartment includes one bathroom to serve all guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
