On the ground floor, 2 apartments each offer a living and dining room with a kitchen corner, an open kitchen equipped with 1 hot plate, an oven, 3 gas rings, a toaster, and a kettle, as well as 2 bedrooms and 1 shower with WC. Each bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Every living area and bedroom benefits from air conditioning and a television, and each apartment provides direct access to a covered terrace of 15 m2 with deck chairs and a view of the sea.

On the upper floor, 2 additional apartments mirror the ground floor configuration, each featuring a living and dining room with a kitchen corner, an open kitchen with 1 hot plate, an oven, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as 2 bedrooms and 1 shower with WC. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
