"Chesa La Drosa AB" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment of 90 m2 located on the 3rd floor, designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment features a private entrance and is accessed via an external staircase of 50 steps, with no lift available in the building.
On the main floor, an open-plan living and dining area welcomes you with a dining table and access to a balcony equipped with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a panoramic view of the mountains, the surrounding countryside, and the resort. The first bedroom is a double room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and it opens onto a loggia. The main bathroom on this floor is a bath and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the living area.
On the upper floor, a second room features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor also includes a shower and WC, serving as the second bathroom of the apartment.
