The apartment is situated on the upper ground floor and was partly renovated in 2020, offering simple and cosy furnishings throughout.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. Ascending via an open staircase to the upper floor, you will discover 2 bedrooms: the first room contains 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to a balcony, while the second is a double bedroom with 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a private bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, bidet, and WC. A further open staircase leads to the 2nd upper floor, where the living and dining room is located, complete with a dining table and a flat screen television. This floor also provides access to both a balcony and a patio, and is complemented by a small kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Capsules for the Nespresso-compatible coffee machine are available at an extra charge. Balcony furniture is provided, and the apartment enjoys a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the resort.

Please be aware that there is no lift in the building, and access to the apartment is via an external staircase of 20 steps or alternatively through the garage. A garage space is available on the property in Monticelli, accommodating 1 car, with dimensions of 184 cm in height, 240 cm in width, and 390 cm in depth. Please note that the garage is only suitable for small vehicles or bicycles. As the garage is shared with neighbours, car keys must be left inside at all times. Outdoor parking spaces are not guaranteed. Parking permits for the village of Celerina can be obtained online through the parkingpay platform at a rate of CHF 15 to 30 per week.
