Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n Monticelli on the property (1 car), height 184 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. No lift. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (20 steps) or through the garage. The garage is only suitable for small vehicles or bicycles (184 cm H x 240 cm W x 390 cm D). Car keys must be left in the garage, as it is shared with the neighbors. Outdoor parking spaces are not guaranteed. Parking permits for the village of Celerina are available online (parkingpay) at a rate of CHF 15 to 30 per week.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
