"Marijan" is a beautifully renovated 4-room semi-detached vacation rental spanning 86 m2, offering a spacious and bright atmosphere with characteristic sloping ceilings throughout parts of the property. Fully renovated in 2019 and finished with beautiful and cosy furnishings, the property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, distributed over multiple floors.

On the main level, you will find a living and sleeping room of 15 m2 featuring 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this space is a large, open kitchen of 20 m2 equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven, as well as a dining table and a dining nook that make it ideal for shared meals. The single bathroom on this floor includes a shower, bidet, and WC.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via a steep staircase, you will discover a large playroom featuring a hydromassage bath, offering a dedicated space for relaxation and leisure. The upper floor, also reached by a steep staircase, houses the 2 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings and its own double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with individual air conditioning and forced-air heating units in each room. Throughout the property, you will appreciate the warm aesthetic provided by wooden and parquet floors.

The property is thoroughly equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. In terms of climate control, air conditioning is available in both the living area and each of the 2 upper-floor bedrooms, complemented by forced-air heating throughout and electric heating supported by a 300-litre boiler. The living and sleeping room on the main floor also features a wood-burning stove, which serves as both a heat source and a charming focal point of the space.

The fully equipped kitchen benefits from a dishwasher and a microwave, alongside the full range of cooking appliances already described. For entertainment, the living area is furnished with a satellite TV, a CD player, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, while a television ensures you remain connected and entertained throughout your stay.

Outdoor living is equally well appointed. A private patio in the form of a 30 m2 terrace and a 5 m2 balcony are both furnished with terrace and balcony furniture respectively, along with 6 deck chairs and a dedicated sitting area. A barbecue is available for outdoor dining, and the property also benefits from a small garden of 20 m2. The lower ground floor playroom is enhanced by a jacuzzi bathtub in the form of a hydromassage bath, offering a premium relaxation experience. Additional facilities include an iron, mosquito nets, a hair dryer, and WiFi internet access.

The property is a non-smoking house throughout, and guests are kindly asked to respect this house rule during their stay. A private entrance ensures your independence and privacy, and the property has been noted as suitable for allergy sufferers. For your safety and peace of mind, a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher are installed on the premises. Please be aware that there is no lift, and access between floors requires the use of steep staircases. A dedicated parking space, numbered 5, is available directly at the house. The property enjoys a very beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding forest, adding a serene natural backdrop to your stay.
