This room opens directly onto the terrace. Adjacent to it, a large open kitchen of 15 m2 is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven, complemented by a dining table, a dining nook, and a wood-burning stove. The main floor also includes 1 shower and WC bathroom, which serves as the sole bathroom of the property.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a large playroom features a hydro massage bath, offering a dedicated leisure and relaxation space. On the upper floor, also accessible via steep staircases, a gallery area with sloping ceilings is separated by a curtain and contains 1 bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second room on this floor, also with sloping ceilings, is furnished with 1 bed of 80 cm by 200 cm and 1 double bed of 160 cm by 200 cm. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
