The living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace that serves as decorative element only, along with a shower and WC, and provides direct exit to the terrace. The property offers 4 double bedrooms in total, with 2 double bedrooms each furnished with 2 beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, while the other 2 double bedrooms each contain 1 french bed measuring 1 x 150 cm wide and 200 cm in length, complete with shower and WC, and exit to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates and an electric coffee machine, with an adjoining bathroom and exit to the patio. An additional bath and WC are available in the house. The property features natural stone floors throughout. You should note that one double bedroom is located outside the apartment, as there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.

Amenities Included

Your vacation accommodation provides air conditioning and forced-air heating throughout the living and dining room and all bedrooms to ensure your comfort. The maximum capacity is 8 guests across the 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A washing machine is available for your convenience during your stay. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
