A separate WC is also located on the ground floor. The upper floor houses a children's room containing 2 beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, along with another bedroom featuring one french bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The upper floor also includes a shower and WC. The house provides electric heating throughout and offers access to a terrace and garden area.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
