The open kitchen is fully equipped and built around a cooking island, offering 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, a grill, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. This floor also features 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complete with a flat screen television, as well as 2 further bedrooms each appointed with 1 French bed of the same dimensions and a flat screen television. A 4th bedroom on this level offers 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a flat screen television.
