The living and dining room spans 16 m2 and is fitted with a panoramic window, offering a side view of the sea and the countryside. The first bedroom measures 3 m2 and is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom measures 5 m2, also benefits from a panoramic window, and contains 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchenette, located in the entrance area, covers 8 m2 and is fully equipped for self-catering stays. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC, and the property is served by a 50-litre boiler. Please be aware that the building is currently subject to ongoing construction work, and there is no lift access to the floor.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
