Villa Joel holds tourism license number ETV-2599-EA. Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out is required by 10:00. A security deposit of 3,000 euros is required. Please note that the ECOTAX is not included in the rental price and must be paid directly upon arrival. Minimum stay requirements vary depending on the season: during June, July, and August a minimum of 7 nights is required; during May and September the minimum stay is 5 nights; and for the rest of the year a minimum of 3 nights applies. The rental price includes fresh towels, changed 2 times per week, cotton bed linen, changed once per week, and a selection of toiletries including shower gel and shampoo. An honesty alcohol drinks bar is also provided, which is restocked with your preferred drinks to replace what has been consumed. An additional cleaning service is available by separate arrangement. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and the team is on hand to offer assistance and personalised recommendations for a wide range of activities, including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
